Zelda Inspired 8-Bit Boat at Sea Render (Blender Cycles)

Was trying to make a good-looking water toon shader in Blender after like 20 other failed attempts and made something I'm happy with and decided to make a short little animation, the loop could use a lot of work, rendered in Cycles because I needed the Shader Displacement but Is Possible in Eevee but without Wave displacement.
